For over 25 years, Dr. David Moreno M.D., owner of New Age Medical Center has developed a reputation for providing Florida residents with impeccable medical care.
Dr. Moreno is the Founder and President of New Age Medical Center. His background includes extensive academic and medical training. In 1994, he graduated with honors from the University of Illinois in Chicago. In 1998, he graduated from UIC College of Medicine, where he was the recipient of the College of Medicine Deans Award. During the next three years, Dr. Moreno was a resident at the Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. He completed his Internal Medicine residency in 2001 and opened New Age Medical Centers in Brooksville and Land O’ Lakes, Florida shortly after that. He currently belongs to a variety of professional and medical societies, including the American Medical Association, the American Society of Internal Medicine, and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
I build trust with patients by listening to their needs, goals, and symptoms. Prescribing a holistic program that is tailored to the individual /patient (personalized treatment plan) by leveraging a full blood work up, body composition analysis, food sensitive analysis and other assessments as well education and addressing the root cause, not just the symptoms. This complementary approach to health care is a result of the fact that I am Board Certified in Internal Medicine. I am also board certified in Functional Medicine by completing fellowship program in A4M (American academy of anti-aging).
Health and nutrition play a vital role in our everyday lives and Dr. Moreno is a certified Hormone Replacement Specialist through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, committed to helping our patients achieve improved overall wellness. This means we have a certified nutritionist on staff that can work one on one with you and customize a diet that’s right for you. Due to the extreme success our weight loss patients have experienced, we are dedicating a significant amount of time, staff and resources to ensure current and future weight loss patients can successfully lose the weight and keep it off.
